All beds full size. Ceiling fan in living room, flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dining & kitchen ware, pots & utensils. Laundry facility with washer & dryer combo in each unit. Back up generator on site. Rent includes water and internet. Tenants responsible for electricity.

Grounds are maintained by owner.   No pets permitted. No smoking permitted. Off road parking available. School bus available for pick up and drop off.
