Very sunny room for short term rental located near Thompson’s Point in Portland and right next to 295 for easy commute to campus.  $800/month with all utilities included. At time of move-in I would require one months rent that can either be a security deposit or last months rent provided there are no damages to the space.  Washer/dryer on site, on street parking however there is ALWAYS spots and I am one street over from a public parking lot should there be a snow ban.  No smoking/ split the basics like toilet paper and Portland trash bags.  3 Well behaved cats do live in the house as well.   There is room in the basement for dry storage .
