This is a basement apartment with access from a separate entrance in the back of the house off of the driveway.

There's a bus stop one street over and it's walkable to a couple of local restaurants and about one mile from grocery stores and local beaches.

tudents are entirely responsible for signing the lease and must provide either three references or a background check at their expense. A deposit of $1,000 is required and is typically refunded within a week of vacating the property as long as there are no damages. A $150 cleaning fee will be subtracted from the deposit.

Current price is $1,500 per month and will be pro-rated for partial months. If a partner or a second person is visiting for more than 7 day consecutively, an additional tenant rate of $300/month will be charged.

There's an option of laundry use for $75/month.

There is a parking space available All utilities are included.

A dog my be considered on a conditional basis. A pet deposit would be required as well as an additional $100 monthly fee. At this time cats are not accepted, but they may be considered on a conditional basis.
