This is a basement apartment with access from a separate entrance in the back of the house off of the driveway. This is a newly remodeled, cozy, well apportioned, contemporary, lower ground floor, private apartment. Walkable neighborhood with easy access to pubs, breweries, restaurants, groceries, convenient stores, theatres, and best of all: beaches! There's an option of laundry use for $75/month. There is a parking space available. 

There's a bus stop one street over and it's walkable to a couple of local restaurants and about one mile from grocery stores and local beaches.

All utilities are included.

A deposit of $1,000 is required and is typically refunded within a week of vacating the property as long as there are no damages. A $150 cleaning fee will be subtracted from the deposit. Three references are also required. 

Rent: $1,700/month (If a partner or a second person is visiting for more than 7 day consecutively, an additional tenant rate of $300/month will be charged)

A dog my be considered on a conditional basis. A pet deposit would be required as well as an additional $100 monthly fee. At this time cats are not accepted, but they may be considered on a conditional basis.
