This is a lovely colonial two story home with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, family room, kitchen, kitchen nook, dining room, mud room, laundry room, front farmer's porch and a lovely back deck in the backyard. The driveway has lots of parking available and in the Winter I have a plow guy who plows the snow for me.

I charge $1,300 with everything included except for their food and their laundry detergent. I also require a deposit of $750. 

I supply sheets and towels for them to use .The bedroom that I rent is a queen size, with two windows (side view and backyard view) and wood floors.

Full kitchen use, shared family room in the evenings, as I work from home during the day. I have high speed internet, cable tv and tv in that room also. I burn wood in the winter in a wood stove in the family room but also have oil available for heat if necessary.

I would be more than glad to interview by using facetime or skype making life easier for a student to get housing before arriving here in Maine.
