I am looking for one med student for a short-term rental to share my 3 bedroom 1 bath house. The house is located in South Portland, just over the bridge from Portland and on the bus line. We are close to Mill Creek shopping plaza (incl. grocery stores), Green Belt Trail, Willard Beach, downtown Portland, Maine Medical Center, Mercy Hospital, and I-295. The room for rent is downstairs. Also downstairs is an office/guest room, kitchen/dining area, bathroom, and living room. The cats and I are upstairs. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. The house has central air (heating and cooling), and a generous back yard with a fire pit.
I am a 40ish new grad NP currently doing a Palliative and Hospice fellowship. I live in the house with my two kittens. My schedule currently has me out of the house M-F 7-530. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
