There is off street parking and laundry in the basement. Tenants have full use of the entire house. Each bedroom has queen sized bed, desk, dresser, nightstand. Room is for a single person (no couples). There are no pets allowed.
It is a great location, walk to Willard Beach and Scratch Bakery and six miles from Maine campus.
