This private bedroom is available to rent in a spacious house, steps from Willard Beach. The home is well-maintained and comfortably decorated. The house is located on a quiet street, about a 5 minute walk to Willard Beach, Scratch Bakery and Willard Scoops. Shops, universities and downtown Portland are all within a 10 minute drive. There are no pets and so ideal for those looking for a quiet, relaxed space to study and enjoy.

You will have access to the entire house. There are two living rooms, TV, large dining room that seats 8, a well stocked kitchen, two full bathrooms and wifi internet. In addition, there is an outdoor deck with grill, yard and off-street parking.  

You will have a dedicated cabinet space for your food and counter space for your items. There are plenty of cooking utensils and equipment such as mixer, blender, instapot and your own coffee maker. There is an additional large freezer in the basement to store food items.

The bedroom is located on the second floor with a dedicated full bathroom to be shared by you and one other guest (I use the first floor bathroom). The room is inviting, comfortable with queen sized bed, pillows, desk, chair, dresser and rug. I will also provide linens (sheets and towels).

This is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where privacy and alone time are respected. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. It’s a nice, calm place to focus on school or work, but also feels like home.

Rent: $1,500/month with first and last month’s rent due at move-in. There is no security deposit and rent includes all utilities. Females preferred.
