There are up to two private furnished rooms available to rent in this house. The house is a four bedroom, two bathroom house. The house has two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, deck and grill. There is plenty of off street parking and laundry in the basement. Tenants have full use of the entire house. Each bedroom has queen sized bed, desk, dresser, nightstand. One of the two bathrooms will be shared with the one other roomate. Room is for a single person (no couples), female tenants preferred. There are no pets allowed. 

A note from the landlord: 

"I’ll be living here too—I work full time outside the house, so it’s usually pretty quiet. Last semester, I hosted two medical students, and it worked out really well! The vibe here is friendly and relaxed, and I’m looking for roommates who are respectful and easygoing. It’s a nice, calm place to focus on school or work, but also feels like home."

It is a great location, walk to Willard Beach and Scratch Bakery. It is a 10 minute drive from campus. It is close to supermarkets, walking trails, etc. 

All utilities are included (first and last months rent due upon move in)
