There is a free-to-use, front loading washing machine that is gentle on your clothes and a coin dryer, both in the basement. No pets allowed and no smoking allowed. There are keypad locks on the doors. The apartment is near bus stops, a river walk, library, post office, restaurants, supermarket, and banks. 

All utilities (heat, hot water, electricity, gas, WiFi) are included.

Rent: $1,550/month

Security deposit is required when the lease is signed.

On move-in you will need the first month's rent and inexpensive renters insurance.
