The kitchen is equipped with a large gas stove, refrigerator, disposal, toaster oven, microwave, and table. Also supplied are dishes, glassware, silverware, knife set, pots and pans, etc. There is a claw foot bathtub with shower in the bathroom. Towels are supplied. All rooms have double-pane windows, mini-blinds and curtains. There is parking for one car. There is a free-to-use front loading washing machine and a coin dryer in the basement. There are no pets allowed and no smoking allowed. 

The apartment is near bus stops, restaurants, the river/ boardwalk, library, post office, supermarket, banks, park, etc. It is an easy commute to UMHS with less than a five mile drive. 

All utilities are included (heat, hot water, electricity, gas, WiFi and internet)

Security deposit is required when the lease is signed.

On move-in you will need the first month's rent and inexpensive renters insurance.

Minimum 4 months stay.
