Building is a two minute walk from a few supermarkets, a bank, bakery and restaurants, and gym.  Apartment is  located on third floor and accessible via steps only. Apartment has security bars and screens in windows, security keyed pad main entrance door ( each tenant has their own keyed password ).

Included is solar water heater providing hot water to all taps., A/C  in each bedroom,  and private bathroom for each bedroom. Desk and chair included in each bedroom along with curtains. All beds full size. Ceiling fan in living room, flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dining & kitchen ware, pots & utensils. Laundry facility with washer & dryer combo in each unit. Back up generator on site. Rent includes water and internet. Tenants responsible for electricity.
