This complex (low income housing, very basic) has one & two bedroom apartments and is located approximately 1/4 mile from campus. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SPEND A MINIMUM OD ONE SEMESTER AND ALSO TO GIVE LANDLORDS 30 DAYS NOTICE IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE END OF LEASE.

Rent includes cable, water, internet, yard maintenance and electricity. Bring your own pots and utensils. This apartment has no a/c but comes with a fan. If you require a/c then the rent will be $1000.00 USD per month. Double bed provided. Laundry facility. BYOL=Bring your own linen.
