Newly built one-bedroom units fully furnished with security features (cameras etc). Located 2 miles from campus school bus service is available daily. Students are required to spend one full semester and to give the landlord 30 days' notice prior to leaving. No pets and no smoking

Rent includes all utilities except for electricity, tenant will be responsible for the monthly bill (landlord will provide paper bill monthly). If the landlord required that the bill is put in your name then the department will require a security deposit which is refundable. One queen size bed provided. BYOL = Bring your own linen.
