Living space includes couch, chairs, electric fireplace, kitchen space with counter top stove, microwave, crockpot, refrigerator, sink, dishes. Counter top with stools. Full bathroom with tub/shower, sink, toilet, storage and full size washer & dryer that's for that space exclusively. In winter there will be space for car in the garage. Internet is included along with heat/water/electricity. It is accessed in the home. This is a place of peace and quiet.

I would prefer to have women renters- I am a single retired woman and believe that might work best.

All utiltities are included.

Rent is $2000 a month.
