This private bedroom is available to rent in a tidy, spacious 2nd floor apartment with lots of sunlight and good vibes. The home is well-maintained, tastefully decorated with handmade craft and original art and has all the necessary amenities for comfort. I live on a quiet, dead end street that abuts the Greenbelt Walkway and Fore River. This is a pet-free building and ideal for anyone who suffers from allergies and/or enjoys a quiet space to decompress.

I have a front entry with large coat closet, plenty of room for shoes and jackets. You will have access to the entire apartment except my own bedroom. The living room is sunny and comfortable and the dining room seats 6. The kitchen has all the modern amenities and is fully stocked for anyone who loves to cook. You will have access to dedicated cabinet, area in the fridge and counter space for your personal items.Your bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a pillow top queen bed, plenty of storage space, desk and smart tv. The room is inviting, charming and offers plenty of light from the two windows (there are also light blocking curtains). Additional perks: I will provide bed linens, towels, high speed internet, fresh cut flowers (when in season) and most importantly, a peaceful sanctuary to call home during your stay in the Portland area.

In my home, privacy and downtime are respected, and if you need anything, please ask. Quiet hours in general are from 10pm - 7am. Please enjoy and embrace the privacy of your room. I'm also open to chat, connect and cook meals together when space and time allows. I possess a healthy balance of introvert and extrovert and value both social interactions as well as alone time.
