These loft style apartments are unfurnished, long term lease apartments in Portland, ME. They are a good option for students looking to stay in Maine longer than the 4 month semester.

Residents are responsible for electricity, hot water/sewer, and if they choose - internet and cable. All of our units are pre-wired for high speed fiber internet and may choose the building package for a discounted monthly rate of $75/month. Our team will handle any issues that might arise with the internet, so that responsibility is completely off of the residents.
The heated underground garage, which is attached to the building and offers an elevator up to the top floor, is available for an additional $100/month. Each unit currently comes with 1 optional parking spot.
