A three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse located in Old Orchard Beach, ME. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and garbage disposol, all appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, there are also some bed linens and pillows. There is a garage and driveway, there is a 2 car maximum allowed on the property. There is a maximum number of students allowed is three students. 

The utilities are included: cable, internet, water, electricity and gas. 

Security Deposit is $500 and a $200 cleaning fee. 

Rent: $3,600/month

The rent will need to either be paid up front for the 4 motnhs or paid in two payments. The landlord is willing to work with student(s) as far as scheduling when the second payment is done as they understand students may be waiting to receive loan payments.
