Rent includes water, internet and first tank of gas. Students responsible for electricity. One Queen size bed provided - BYOL= Bring your own linen. Please bring own router for internet. 

Tenant will be charged a one time fee of $100.00 USD for cleaning the beginning the last month before the end of the semester.
