Directly facing the campus, one-bedroom apartments, are fully furnished. Students to give 30 days' notice prior to leaving.

Rent includes water, internet and first tank of gas. Students responsible for electricity. One full size bed provided - BYOL= Bring your own linen. Please bring own router for internet. 

Tenant will be charged a one time fee of $100.00 USD for cleaning the beginning the last month before the end of the semester.
