Grounds maintained by owner, mandatory maid service every 2 months at tenants cost, laundry facility with washer & dryer, iron board/iron and 110 volt in wall receptacles. Off road parking and dusk to dawn light at entrance of common area paid for by landlord. Meets 30 day canine & feline confinement requirements.
