Newly built one-bedroom units fully furnished with security features (cameras etc) and located 2 miles from campus school bus service is available daily. Students must spend one entire semester and give the landlord 30 days' notice prior to leaving. Will be from 28th August 2022. No pets and no smoking
Rent includes all utilities except for electricity, tenant will be responsible for the monthly bill (landlord will provide paper bill monthly). If the landlord required that the bill is put in your name then the department will require a security deposit which is refundable. One queen size bed provided. BYOL = Bring your own linen. |
