This complex (low income housing, very basic) has one & two bedroom apartments and is located approximately 1/4 mile from campus. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SPEND A MINIMUM OD ONE SEMESTER AND ALSO TO GIVE LANDLORDS 30 DAYS NOTICE IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE END OF LEASE.
